Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £26,229 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:

• Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
• Assist with medication and promote wellbeing
• Organise activities and community trips
• Encourage independence and support personal goals
• Build positive, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support

What We Are Looking For

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Flexibility to undertake sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
• A reliable, caring and inclusive individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and make a positive difference in their lives.

Shifts include:

• 3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm
• 8am - 4pm
• 9am - 5pm
• 1pm - 9pm
