You'll encourage students to develop confidence, professionalism, and practical skills through hands-on learning across our outstanding Lackham campus.
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in Further Education (FE), schools, commercial horticulture, landscaping, garden design, grounds maintenance, nursery production, or estate management. Please note: This is a Variable Hours position, with teaching hours dependent on curriculum delivery.

Unqualified: £21.13 per hour plus holiday pay
Qualified: £25.34 per hour plus holiday pay

Hours offered as required during term time, subject to curriculum delivery and student recruitment.
