The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel, is currently recruiting for a Night Spa Attendant (32 hours per week) to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa and Health Club are maintained on a regular basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and brand standards
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of each area of the Spa and Health Club
• Carry out all tasks outlined in the cleaning schedules
• Follow the cleaning procedures and use cleaning materials as instructed
• Collect dirty towels/linen and re-stock with clean ones
• Assist guests and the team with their requests

ABOUT YOU

• Experience in a similar position and environment, with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
• Excellent customer service
• Great attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
• Good time management skills
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, which could include deep cleaning, vacuuming and similar tasks
