• Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes, and activities

The skills you’ll need

• Full training can be provided if you do not have experience
• Flexibility, patience, a caring attitude, and a real 'people person'
• A good level of written and spoken English

Magnolia Park is the newest addition to Stow Healthcare. We’re currently refurbishing the home with real care and attention – creating warm, welcoming spaces that feel comfortable, calm and truly homely for everyone who lives and works here.

It’s a lovely time to join us as we welcome new residents into beautifully refreshed rooms and continue to grow a close-knit, supportive team. Right now we’re home to a small group of settled residents, so you’ll have the chance to get to know people properly and help shape the everyday routines that make Magnolia Park special.
