Shift Manager

As a BIMS Shift Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team to deliver smooth, successful shifts and exceptional guest experiences. You will support the management team in achieving operational goals while creating a positive and motivating environment for colleagues.

You will take responsibility for leading shifts, supporting team performance, and ensuring high standards across customer service, food quality, safety, and restaurant operations.

• Lead shifts effectively and support the management team in daily operations.

• Deliver engaging shift briefings that motivate and align the team.

• Support the achievement of restaurant targets and performance goals.

• Manage cash, stock, and consumable controls accurately.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant presentation.

• Create effective shift plans to meet operational needs.

• Work with Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver quality food and service at pace.

• Support successful delivery of promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• Be hands-on and support the team wherever needed.

• Encourage positive involvement within the local community.
