Join our Apprenticeships team and lead the delivery of outstanding Building Services Engineering apprenticeship programmes that make a real difference to learners, employers and industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Apprenticeship Manager, you'll provide operational leadership for our Building Services Engineering apprenticeship provision, leading a team of Trainer Coaches and Apprenticeship Lecturers to deliver exceptional learner, employer and quality outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Apprenticeships, you'll drive curriculum innovation, quality improvement and employer engagement while ensuring programmes remain aligned to industry and apprenticeship reforms. Please note, this position is fixed-term for the period of twelve months.
