Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Student Welfare Manager to lead an outstanding support service for international students. You’ll ensure students feel safe, supported and connected from arrival through to progression, working closely with colleagues across the Centre and university partners.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee wellbeing, welfare and safeguarding, manage attendance and engagement processes, and deliver timely support interventions. As Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, you’ll play a key role in protecting young people and vulnerable adults.

Most importantly, you’ll be committed to delivering excellent service and making a positive difference to students’ lives.

Some weekend or evening work may be required during arrivals and events; time off in lieu will be provided.

Join us in creating a nurturing environment where every student feels supported on their journey! This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to inspire confidence, build community, and help shape the future leaders of tomorrow.
