Role Overview:

As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and conducting demonstrations of agricultural machinery and equipment. Your in-depth knowledge of these products is essential, with additional experience in working with teleporters being advantageous. Collaborating closely with our Area Sales team, you will consistently uphold the highest standards of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience, while fostering customer loyalty. Previous experience of driving or demonstrating tractors and/or farm machinery would be beneficial.

Key Qualifications:

• You should have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and a deep commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build strong and lasting relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
• A keen eye for detail is crucial for this role, ensuring that each customer interaction is flawless.
• Competence in Microsoft packages is a must to effectively support our customers and maintain efficient processes.
• The role may require you to work extended hours, including weekends on a rotational basis. Flexibility and adaptability is key to delivering top-tier customer service.
