Job Requirements/Description
As Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of Business programmes across the College. You will provide both academic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring a high-quality, coherent curriculum that meets the needs of our learners and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Curriculum Manager, you will support continuous curriculum development and innovation, helping to expand and strengthen our Business offer.
This role is structured as a 50% teaching commitment and 50% remission for leadership and oversight.

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an inspiring and experienced Business specialist to join us as Programme Lead – Business on a 12-month fixed-term contract at our Amersham Campus.
