We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Luton.
About the Role:
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of the individuals we support throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Providing a calm and supportive presence throughout the night.

Monitoring residents' well-being and responding appropriately to any needs or emergencies.

Assisting with personal care tasks as required.

Supporting individuals who may experience anxiety or distress during the night.

Following individual support plans and risk assessments.

Completing accurate and timely records of observations and interventions.

Ensuring the environment is safe and secure.

Assisting with light domestic duties as required.

A proactive and responsible attitude.

A willingness to undertake relevant training and development.

Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) is an advantage.

A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check will be required.
