- Support families in accessing services through Luton’s Family Hubs, providing guidance and short-term assistance from pregnancy to early years.
- Ideal candidates will have experience with families, strong communication skills, and knowledge of safeguarding principles.
- This is a part-time role with various hours based in Luton, offering a 3-year fixed-term contract or secondment for internal staff.
£33,143 - £36,363 a year
- Manage a caseload of Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and EHCPs, coordinating reviews and working closely with families and professionals.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND assessments, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of SEND legislation.
- This is a full-time position based in Luton, offering stable hours of 37 per week and contributing to meaningful outcomes for children and young people.
